After Saint-Tropez and London, Rivea finally comes to the Las Vegas restaurant market, offering a renewed take on a French and Italian influenced cuisine from internationally celebrated Chef Alain Ducasse. A breezy, laid back atmosphere of white and maritime blues by the acclaimed Parisian design duo Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku, welcomes guests and sets a relaxed vibe. Menu items inspired by the delectable food markets of Provence and Italy create the carefree and vibrant nature of the Riviera, with a focus on simple, fresh plates by Executive Chef Bruno Riou and the best seasonal ingredients from the West Coast. The colors, flavors, and aromas of the south of France and Italy have arrived at Delano Las Vegas!

This private dining room will astound your guests with extraordinary views of the Strip through the floor-to-ceiling windows. A majestic light fixture comprised of twinkling lights arranged to accurately represent the constellations found in Las Vegas’ night sky will serve as an exquisite enhancement to the gorgeous space. This intimate and secluded room will be available for hosting your truly memorable occasions.

Chef's Table

This semi-private table, seating up to 14, is located between Rivea’s main dining room and Skyfall lounge and features a prime view of The Strip as well as a peek into Chef Bruno’s kitchen. The Chef’s table is perfect for guests who want the feeling of an intimate dinner while still enjoying the lively ambiance of the restaurant.

Patio Seating

Rivea’s outdoor patio offers al fresco dining (barring extreme temperatures or weather conditions). Guests can enjoy the beautiful Las Vegas sunset for receptions or seated dinners.

From the Delano Front Desk

Walk towards the Valet entrance. At the first hallway on your left hand side, turn left and continue walking until the hallway juts right. Rivea host stand will be on your right hand side.

Or

Walk towards the valet and take a right down the hallway towards the guest elevators. Enter the elevators that go to the 64th floor and choose the Rivea/Skyfall button inside.
