December marks miX restaurant’s 10 year anniversary, and in the spirit of birthday lore miX Pastry Chef Mickael Maignan-Bauer has prepared a signature Alain Ducasse dessert; a delicious, moist, fragrant, syrupy, and soft "Rum baba." But, this XXL Rum Baba is the only one of its kind… it is an original 3 foot long hand made creation prepared daily and available to share. Indulge in miX's decadent Alain Ducasse Tasting Menu in December and end with a moment of perfect pleasure.This recipe is presented wearing its shiny apricot glaze and anointed with an aged rum (of your choice) table side before being ultimately finished with a vanilla cream.
